The EQCHEN EQ-48RF is a professional side-by-side dual zone unit that combines a refrigerator and a freezer into a single 48-inch footprint. With a total capacity of 36 cubic feet, it is an efficient solution for restaurants, institutions, or large families needing a heavy-duty storage hub. This commercial refrigerator freezer combo is built to industrial standards but is also garage ready for residential use in ambient environments up to 100°F.

Independent Dual-Zone Technology

• Dual Compressor System: This combo runs on two separate high-performance compressors (1/4 HP for the fridge and 1/2 HP for the freezer). This independent setup ensures that cooling and freezing cycles don’t interfere with each other, providing better food safety and faster temperature recovery.
• 100% Copper Evaporators: Both zones feature pure copper evaporators. Copper has much higher thermal conductivity (401W/m.k) than aluminum and is far more resistant to the salt and acid corrosion common in commercial kitchens, extending the unit's lifespan to 10+ years.
• Precise Digital Control: Two digital controllers allow you to set the Refrigerator side (33°F-41°F) and the Freezer side (-8°F-0°F) independently. Real-time LCD displays keep you informed without having to open the doors.

• Full Stainless Steel Build: All-stainless steel interior and exterior with an anti-fingerprint finish. It stands up to the rigors of a professional kitchen and is easy to maintain for health inspections.
• Loading Convenience: Two solid doors feature self-closing hinges (<90°) and a stay-open feature (>90°) for easier stock loading. Includes 6 adjustable wire shelves, each supporting up to 90 lbs.
• Mobile Design: The unit arrives on pre-installed 4-inch heavy-duty casters, making it easy to move the 379 lb unit for cleaning or repositioning.

We provide Free LTL Freight Delivery to the contiguous US with Free Liftgate Service included. Units ship from our regional hubs (NJ, GA, CA, TX) for a 2-7 day delivery window. We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new condition. Please note: a 20% restocking fee applies to commercial addresses and 30% to residential addresses. Buyer is responsible for return freight.

Returns & Refunds

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
